Teflon PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) film is a transparent thermoplastic which resists most liquid or gaseous solvents. Its resistance to moisture and organic vapours is very high. The properties of this polymer are similar to those of PTFE. However, Teflon™ PFA sheet offers more conversion possibilities: these films can be heat-sealed, thermoformed, welded, metallised, laminated or even used as hot-melt adhesive.

These various manufacturing options, combined with the excellent properties of Teflon PFA, mean that this film is a versatile material used in numerous applications.
